Rochelle Bloom, president of The Fragrance Foundation, has advised the Board of Directors that she plans to retire when her contract ends at the end of the year. Plans for a replacement have not been finalized at this time.

“It’s time to move to my next chapter where I can spend more time with my family and focus on personal interests as well as “giving back” said Bloom.

Jill Belasco, Board Chair, thanked Mrs. Bloom for her leadership at the Foundation over the past nine years. “Rochelle has extended the Foundation’s global reach and awareness via expanded licensing, broadened consumer outreach via a revamped website, social media and events and strengthened its highly respected certification program significantly. The Fragrance Foundation is a more open and inclusive organization today because of Mrs. Bloom’s leadership and we thank her for all of her efforts on behalf of the industry,” she said.
